Bottledowns

This aetherbubble is home to a small town of gnome artisans who live their lives in relative happiness, crafting items and trinkets to sell to aetherspace travellers. However, the town has taken on more oppressed tone - the townsfolk are nervous and on edge most of the time, and they work in silence and speak in hushed whispers. Nobody ever talks about the small castle on the hill, or the toymaker who makes his home there - and what he might be doing with all of those figurines...
