As such, after having mastered the basic monk practices of [[Kata]], they specialise in [[Tessenchi]], the art of using fighting fans, also known as tessen. Their secondary skill is [[Zarakido]], which involves harnessing the flows of life itself as well as mastering one's inner will. Tessenchi may also choose to learn [[psionics]], eventually turning their study to their bodies with [[psychometabolism]], or they can learn [[acrobatics]].
