The Cosmic Plane of Continuum is a 'dead' divine crèche, host to strange crystal spheres that were left behind as the detritus of the Elder Gods who were born there. The twelve spheres dot the gemstone landscape which loops into infinity. These spheres serve as a bridge between the harmonic vibrations of the Continuum and the rest of reality. Though the half-formed that once lived there are no more, polyhedral templates still guard the spheres today, now assisted by the Matrix Research Institute of Hallifax.
