Ever at odds with the hives of the [[Kephera|kephera]], it is rumoured that one Ritualist [[Atshagn]] has devised a method by which labor may be stolen from the rival [[Ptoma|Ptoma Hive]] in order to better empower the illithoid empire. Additionally, the Grand Cenobite [[Mmakigogotl]], mind shattered after the disastrous revelation of the [[Scorpion Caves]], now resides in Ixthiaxa under the supervision of [[Overmind Tkegthul]], alone in the dark as he slowly attempts to regain his sanity.
