As such, after having mastered the basic monk practices of [[Kata]], they specialise in Nunchaku, the art of using nunchakus, which are two rods connected by some type of chain. Their secondary skill is [[Zarakido]], which involves harnessing the flows of life itself as well as mastering one's inner will. Nunchaku may also choose to learn [[psionics]], eventually turning their study to their bodies with [[psychometabolism]], or [[acrobatics]].
