Continents are large regions within the Prime Material Plane and are somewhat geographically isolated from each other. Each contains multiple, smaller areas. It is important to know that adventurers can teleport to one another across continental divisions but that teleporting to one's Nexus or to Trader Bob will not work outside the Basin of Life.
