Haelor

Formed of the woven West Winds, Haelor is a proud winged figure of towering height. His insubstantial form shifts and alters with the changing passage of the breezes, motes of dust streaming through the twirling winds to give some shape to his features. His are temperate currents, neither cold nor hot; the strength of the winds varies, sometimes gusting with greater force, sometimes dropping to only a whisper of air. His eyes are soft green in colour, curiously distinct in his changeful face.

Haelor, Lord of the West Wind hold the occidental Seat atop the Primal Tempest on the Elemental Plane of Air.
