Refine my client-side triggers that produce the skill pages.
- Should I worry about wordwrap?
- tt tags around uppercase in body text?
Design steps for after the dump of a skills page.
- Trim trailing spaces.
- Replace CRCRCR with CRCR.
- Replace CR<!br/> with <!br/>CR.
- Replace <! with <.
- Add skill levels.
- Add HELP <subject> text to lightyellow box.
- Add art.
- Add additional green notes.
- General cleanup.
Load the rest of the skills pages.
Transfer other pages from Scrying Pool and other sources.
