Itecia

Itecia is a cursed island full of the ruins of a former settlement and the creatures known as gorgogs. Itecia once served as the assembly facility for the gorgogs. It is an old volcano with a set of caves that run deep beneath the ocean floor. When Project Cosmic Hope failed, the gorgogs on the island went mad and overpowered their keepers, slaughtering them and destroying their village. Under the guidance of Gognigin, they now make their home in the caves of the island. The machine they constructed to open the dimensional pocket sealing the rest of the gorgogs away is located at the top of the mountain. It is a dangerous and bleak place, serving as a reminder of the folly of mortal arrogance. The landscape is composed of rock and sand and small brush.
