Prestige is used to determine how likely a denizen is to resist an influence attempt. The more prestige you have, the less likely it is the denizen will resist an attack entirely (except in the case of charity, where it's the opposite).
Prestige Ranks
The ranks of prestige are as follows from most prestigious to least:

Affecting Prestige
Positive Prestige
- Quality clothing
- Jewelry
- Tailoring curios in the form of bows.
- Hair, Beard and Beauty Curios.
Negative Prestige
- Tawdry Clothing - Clothing becomes tawdry after it is mended too many times.
- Blemish Curios.
- Scarecrow hat - This artifact will 0 out the effects of anything providing the wearer with positive prestige.

Changelog
- New descriptors for higher levels of prestige have been added and HELP INFLUENCEPRESTIGE has been updated to reflect the changes. The levels were there, but 'like royalty' used to encompass over half of the available spectrum. (#2707 on 25-Jun-2022)
