The Most Wise Bhodifucius Xiim was the spiritual leader of Gaudiguch in the days of Project Cosmic Hope. He once served as Grand Cipher of the Illuminati. When the Taint was unleashed upon the Basin of Life, he stepped down from the Council and led an exodus into the Skarch Desert.
