- Minister Ke'kix Oolin was a member of the Hallifax Board of Governors during the Taint Wars.
- Supported Project Cosmic Hope alongside fellow minister, Ieck'co Shevat.
- Proposed a successful motion to reach a compromise with the Dwarven Kingdom over claims to the metals and gems of Angkrag.
- Urged caution regarding Hallifax's use of aeromantic countermeasures to repel the Taint cloud but the motion carried none-the-less.
- The countermeasures only slowed the cloud's northward spread somewhat and primarily blew it southward toward Gloriana Forest.
- Sent along with fellow Board members Hieli Goldfeather and Ieck'co Shevat to investigate the Taint.
- Presumed to have died on this mission.
