Constructs are buildings raised on controlled Aetherbubbles that provide benefits to their city or commune. Each organization always controls its own Nexus World and may claim additional aetherbubbles through Aether Flares. Every so often an aether flare will disrupt the energies around specific set of aetherbubbles, allowing control of the aetherbubbles to change hands. Control of an aetherbubble will allow construction of one construct within the aether ring on that bubble, which will last until the next aether flare for that bubble.
Creating and Maintaining Constructs
The Power Ministry of a city or commune is responsible for the creation of Constructs, which then take time to build.
The benefits of each Construct are variable, and different nations have access to the blueprints for different Constructs that suit the ethos and mission of that nation. New Constructs may be researched by edict of the ruling Council of a nation, in consultation with their Divine Patron, though this process is both time-consuming and expensive.

- Aetherbubble description:
Composed entirely of diamond, this construct is both elegant and brilliant, its surface in possession of three smooth ridges that shimmer and sparkle as they catch the light, spraying rainbows on anything that may be nearby. Within the spire pockets of energy can be seen, crackling and glowing, casting a steady, blinding luminescence, each slowly channeling energy upwards towards the spire's peak. There, high above the spire, the tip is laden with a faceted sphere of diamond, which spins slowly, vibrating with harmonic energies.
- Continuum description:
Smooth to the touch and bearing a rounded, blunt peak, white opal composes the entirety of this spire. Small ridges appear to be worked into its surface, spiraling upwards to its top, the ridge itself a paler, semi-opaque that allows glimpses of the multihued stone beneath, while the rest of the spire is opaque white, offering a characteristic, opalescent sheen for those who gaze upon it. Its base is seamless, as though grown, much as the rest of its environment.

- TIMECHANT AGEING usable for anyone with Time Sense but if not possessing the skill normally, can only cast on oneself. If normally able to cast, it requires no power.
- Citizens will have a 0/4 to 3/4 health/mana/ego regeneration buff depending on the Sun sign's ascendancy for Hallifax.

- Spire description
Towering overhead, the Ephemeral Spire of Inferential Logic has been fashioned from thin layers of glittering, translucent crystal. Within its spiralled depths, moist air has collected into a bank of shifting, twirling white cloudstuff. Cool to the touch, the spire bears faint beads of condensation that only serve to add to its beauty, light hanging within them in prismatic motes. About the entire construction, a low bank of fog clings, hanging still in the air.
- Cloud of Contemplation description
Condensed water vapor has formed this miniscule, palm-sized floating cloud. Strangely, despite its diaphanous nature, the cloud retains its overall structure with relative ease, even bearing a slight tensile strength along its fluffy surface. Cool and damp to the touch, faint tendrils of nacreous cloudstuff spiral away from its main body on occasion, hair-thin strands bending into complex fractals before twisting into nothingness.
