Template for listing racial perks in a structured way.
Syntax

Parameters
NOTE: parameters must be in order
<L1Perk>should be the text for the Level 1 perk.<L25Perk>should be the text for the Level 25 perk.<L50Perk>should be the text for the Level 50 perk.<DemigodPerk>should be the text for the Demigod perk.<Demigod+Perk>should be the text for the Demigod+ perk.
