The Nekotai skill is learned by the monk guild of the same name in the Commune of Glomdoring. They specialize in the nekai, a one handed weapon that forms three (usually) claws. Their kata style heavily involves the use of poison, and generally causes significant bleeding. This is also known as the scorpion style of kata combat. |

Nekai
Syntax |
KA NEKAI <target> <bodypart> RIGHT|LEFT |
Kata: Arm Action Bodypart: Head, Chest, Gut, Rarm, Larm, Rleg, Lleg |
The basic attack with a nekai weapon will do cutting damage. You will do more damage than other arm actions with this move. Note that while a nekai is wielded, the trained monk can still perform punches and other moves.
Nekreve
Syntax |
KATA PERFORM <target> <form> NEKREVE KATA PERFORM <target> =<form> |
Kata: Modifier Power: 3 (Ravenwood Tree) |
When using your nekai to attack opponents, your weapon will shear away the defences of your enemies that serve to keep your weapons out.
As an alternative, you can also add this to any form by prepending "=" to the name of the form. For example, if you have a form SMITE that you wish to use againt Roark then you would do KATA PERFORM ROARK SMITE. If you do KATA PERFORM ROARK =SMITE then it will automatically use this modifier with the SMITE form.
Boost
Syntax |
KATA PERFORM <target> <form> BOOST KATA PERFORM <target> <form>+ |
Power: 2 (Ravenwood Tree) |
Boosting a form will give you a temporary 13/13 balance buff for that form only. You can add boost either by using the BOOST argument at the end of the form or appending '+' to the end for the form name.
Gripping
Syntax |
GRIP RELAX GRIP |
While using this ability, you will prevent wielded items from being knocked out of your grip. Relax when you want to unwield.
Kaiga
Stance: Base |
Changing stances now deals hemorrhaging. Hemorrhaging is an affliction that prevents you from clotting bleed below that level, or bruising below half that level. It cures over time.
Certain afflictions will give you bonus hemorrhaging if your target has them when you start your form. Boosting will also double your hemorrhaging.
You can now use the BURST word to convert all your target's hemorrhaging to bleeding. This cannot be done on full actions.
Syntax |
KATA PERFORM <target> <form> BURST |
Power: 2 (Master Ravenwood) |
Afflictions: CollapsedLung, Disloyalty, Confusion, Dysentery
You can build up to 850 hemorrhaging on a target
If you burst a target with greater than 750 hemorrhaging, it will put them into a weakened state temporarily. During that time, using Finalsting will instantly kill them.
Sprongcree
Twist High Stance |
Bonus Effect: Guarantees poison application from weapon to target. Does not guarantee affliction.
Angknek

This advanced version of the urchin stance will regress you down a stance.
ScorpionStrike
Syntax |
KA SCORPIONSTRIKE <target> <kata form> |

Burst
Syntax |
KATA PERFORM <target> <form> BURST |
Power: 2 (Ravenwood Tree) |
Bursting your target causes all of their hemorrhaging to be converted to bleeding. Additionally if your target has more than 750 hemorrhaging, their body will weaken for a time a few seconds after they are bursted.
This weakened state will allow you to use FinalSting to its full effect.
Ootalangk
Syntax |
KA OOTALANGK <target> <bodypart> |
Kata: Grapple
Bodypart: Head, Chest, Gut, Rarm, Larm, Rleg, Lleg Stance: Centre |
This strong grapple has the chance to burst vessels if your target is bleeding enough.
Target >= 800 bleed, cure 600 bleed and 2 burst vessels
Target >= 350 bleed, cure 350 bleed and burst 1 vessel
