Keph was a member of the Third Circle of the Divine and, like Her brother Dracnoris, one of the few Primal Gods who did not become one of the Soulless. She lived within the Undervault and had hundreds of chitinous appendages that acted as Her arms and legs. Her eyes, two large orbs, were filled with many facets, giving Her the name She of Many Eyes.

Following the first battle of the Elder Wars, Illith the Leviathan broke through the defenses of the Elders and confronted Keph directly in the Undersea. They battled for over a hundred days consecutively before Illith returned to the surface, split in two. Keph had died in the process of forever weakening the Leviathan.
