Lady Menestre of the Laughing Heart (or more derisively Menestre the Fool) was a lively Vernal Goddess known for her mirth.
- Her mortal name, Zemera, lent itself to the region known as the Cultural Province of the Zemeran Coast, homeland of many wonderous curios and the goddess herself.
- She espoused principles of joy, hope, laughter, and fun, which inspired the Menestrean Wayfaire.
- Not well regarded by the other Vernal Gods except by Tzaraziko.
- Meliashmora of Imperial Secrets houses, among other vernal artifacts, Menestre's Marvelous Motley Cap.
