Operation Peacemaker was Holy Celestine Empire mission executed by the ur'Guard to releasing cloudspout, an airborne pacifying substance, over Gaudiguch. With the completion of the Eternal Flame, the Empire felt they needed to bring Gaudiguch under their rule quickly and used the Operation ahead of sending in their immunized ambassadors. (Imperial Year 48)
Operation Peacemaker II
After the village of Hallifax raised the Matrix atop a floating platform, Empress Elynash II ordered the ur'Guard to use cloudspout again (Imperial Year 60). The plan failed miserably, however, due to Hallifax's aeromancy dispersing the cloud.
