Operation Peacemaker was a covert assault mission executed by the ur'Guard to release cloudspout, an airborne pacifying substance.
Background
With the completion of the Eternal Flame in Imperial Year 45, Empress Elyenash of the Holy Celestine Empire felt she needed to bring Gaudiguch under her rule soon and with minimal attrition. In Imperial Year 48, she ordered Operation Peacemaker to begin; her ambassadors (who had been immunized to the substance) were well-received shortly after.
Operation Peacemaker II
After the village of Hallifax raised the Matrix atop a floating platform, Empress Elynash II ordered the ur'Guard to use cloudspout again (Imperial Year 60). The plan failed miserably, however, due to Hallifax's aeromancy dispersing the cloud.
