Rowena Nightshade was High Priestess of the Gloriana Preserve in the days of Project Cosmic Hope, and was a representative of the Alliance of Forest Conclaves. She opposed the Emperor's plans to reach the Supra Plane, preferring instead to restore the Basin of Life without further tampering with the fabric of creation.
