These are races of mortal shards splintered from an Elder God that are not playable at the moment. This is largely an out-of-character category. It also may change in time: gnomes and finks weren't playable for a long time.

CHRONICLER SPECULATION: perhaps they are incompatible with the Portal of Fate.
