You spread your arms wide, and the air between your hands begins to warp and twist as
you bore a hole through the fabric of the planes, seeking to ascend to the Divine 
Havens.

Demigods have the ability to ASCEND TO [THE] HAVENS. From anywhere in the Divine Havens, an Ascendant or Demigod can DOMOTH ASCEND to reach the Domoth Realms. DOMOTH DESCEND will return the Ascendant or Demigod to the Divine Havens.

The Divine Havens were the gathering places of the First Circle. In the modern age, many of the Elder Gods reside here when away from mortal eyes.
