Brennan Stormcrow was High Druid of the Night Coven in the Gloriana Preserve in the days of Project Cosmic Hope. Alongside High Priestess Rowena Nightshade, he argued against the Emperor's plans to harness the power of the Supra Plane, believing that existing powers in the Basin of Life had not yet been fully utilized.
