As a young loboshigaru, Eluan n'Lochli studied the arts of Geomancy and prophesy. As a member of the House of Prophets, Eluan sought to use the Mirror of Malacoda to help his people seek refuge from the Taint in the days of the Project Cosmic Hope expedition. He was present when Grand Vizier Rushdam d'Murani arrived at Malacoda Manor to seize the Mirror for his own nefarious purposes. The Mirror was shattered and the pieces were scattered throughout the Manor.
