Rowena Nightshade

Rowena Nightshade was High Priestess of the Night Coven in the Gloriana Preserve in the days of Project Cosmic Hope, and was a representative of the Alliance of Forest Conclaves. She opposed the Emperor's plans to reach the Supra Plane, preferring instead to restore the Basin of Life without further tampering with the fabric of creation. In her opposition, she cited prophecies told to her by Mother Night, which earned her the ire of more pragmatic supporters of the project.
