They are divided into the civilized cultures of the cities, who are known for their desire for knowledge and power, and seek to explore the Planes and plunder their secrets. The communes, however, seek harmony with the natural cycles and consider the cities reckless and dangerous - advising a life of stewardship and contentment with the known.
