Professor En'oonki Lars worked for the Matrix Research Institute of Hallifax in the days of Project Cosmic Hope. He was hesitant to fully support the Emperor's plans, and requested that Celest not be given access to the Matrix until further conclusions could be made about the danger it could present. He headed the scientific delegation from Hallifax to support the scientists of Celest.
