Loch

Loch, the Lord of the Low Tide, is one of the Tide Lords of the Elemental Plane of Water, and a figure of great importance to the Aquamancers and citizenry of New Celest. Standing near an amazing nine feet tall, this grand ethereal elemental Lord exudes a presence of incalculable grace. An enormous amount of churning dark waters make up the entirety of his lustrous form as its seemingly solid surface ripples with vast amounts of energy. He exudes an aura of overwhelming power and weighs about 900 pounds.

The Lord of the Low Tide represents scholarship and a familiarity with one's surroundings on more than a superficial and cursory level. He favors those with a thorough understanding of history as well as an insatiable thirst to always know and understand more about the world around them. As a balance to the High Tide, however, supplicants of Loch are compelled to pass this knowledge along to others, and so teachers and mentors are highly valued by him.

Loch is one of the Eternal Patrons of the Ecclesiarchy of the Light, one of New Celest's three guilds, alongside Elohora, Lady of the Eternal Light, and Saint Tresalyne, the Starlit Saint.
