The Elder God known as Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince is, to put it quite simply, highly unpredictable. At turns sweet and gentle, and at others wild and tempestuous, His chaotic nature is, however, more suited to acts of whimsy than anything truly destructive. His indolent and often brash personality most often manifests itself in a sense of humour that is quite unique to say the very least. He is perhaps one of the most youthful of the Elders, His demeanor carefree and spontaneous, filled with a refreshing zest for life that knows no bounds.

Not one prone to deep introspection, Lyreth advocates living in the moment, for in His eyes, life is the most beautiful of gifts granted the First World by Dynara and to squander it is senseless. To Lyreth, every life holds its own, intrinsic beauty, no matter what the opinions of others might say. If you must kill, first understand the inherent beauty of what it is you are destroying, and second, contemplate whether its destruction will make the world a better place.

When Lyreth came back to the first world, it was noticed that he had no voice of which to speak with. Also with his coming, rare and beautiful birds unseen in the Basin of Life before began to appear, having been drawn to the arrival of Lyreth. After some time, Lyreth eventually got his point across through the use of his harp (which also was making no sound). He pointed out that the lyrebirds held his voice. It turns out that Lyreth had left his voice amongst the birds when he fled from Zenos into the Void, in the case that if he perished his voice would live on. With the help of many adventurers, the birds were collected and eventually his voice was returned to him. So grateful was Lyreth that he gifted all a fragment of the Song of Creation, and thus bequeathing the skill of Dramatics to the First World.

One day in New Celest, a small flame fell from a gnomish aethership into the city. The flame was weak and dying and the citizens and the Holy Supernals attempted to find a way to strengthen it. The Holy Supernals said they may strengthen it if specific tasks were done for each. When all tasks were done but that of Shakiniel's, whom stated that her task would be that of finding an artifact of creation, The Grace shield. It was later found that this Shield was on a lost island, so Shakiniel fashioned a beacon which will reviel the island known as the Cay of Cloadahi. After some Celestians went there and assisted its inhabitants with their rituals, the Shield was revealed. They quickly retrieved the shield and bathed the flame in its light. Renewed and invigorated, the flame at last reformed into its true shape - that of Lyreth, the Sidereal Prince.
