High Prophet Ghani n'Rotri was a trill citizen of Magnagora in the days of Project Cosmic Hope, and belonged to a group known as the Master Prophets. He led members of the Cosmic Hope Committee, including Emperor Ladantine VII and Princess Marilynth, to Shallamar to receive a prophecy from the Fates. His interpretation of the prophecy was positive and was believed to support the Emperor's plans.
