I call her my sister, my sibling, for Dynara brought us into existence together, incubated within the same upper vibrations of the cosmic song of Yudhe - what some call the higher planes, others call pockets of reality created by Dynara, which we only knew as our crèche.
- -Dracnoris (Book of Dracnoris)
A Cosmic Plane is a higher plane of reality created by Dynara. They are typically described as above the Elemental Planes and below the Astral Plane. Most Cosmic Planes, if not all, seem to have been or were meant to become divine crèches where gods (specifically the Soulless and Elder Gods) are born. Gods who arose on the same Cosmic Plane tend to have key similarities, share a special link, and consider each other siblings.
Some Cosmic Planes are home to beings the Elder Gods call the half-formed, thought to be unfinished gods. Even Cosmic Planes that have completed their purpose, such as Iklara and Continuum, may still have inhabitants. Half-formed separated from their Cosmic Plane for extended periods of time seem to lose their minds.
