Juliana, the Evenhanded was a Vernal God raised to divinity in the city of Climanti. Though She was never considered one of the strongest, She was invaluable to the Nine for Her ability to mediate conflicts between even the most disparate and hostile individuals; in one such event, she brought together Dionamus and Urlach, who had vowed to never work together under any circumstances.
