Loch, the Lord of the Low Tide, is one of the Tide Lords of the Elemental Plane of Water, and a figure of great importance to the Aquamancers and citizenry of New Celest. Standing near an amazing nine feet tall, this grand ethereal elemental Lord exudes a presence of incalculable grace. An enormous amount of churning dark waters make up the entirety of his lustrous form as its seemingly solid surface ripples with vast amounts of energy. He exudes an aura of overwhelming power and weighs about 900 pounds.
