Vestera

Vestera the Dreamweaver arose from the Edifice of Power known as the Bubbling Cauldron in the Ghalphalshi Swamps. Her form was ethereal and insubstantial, making Her ineffective in direct combat with the Soulless and vulnerable to the attacks of Kethuru and Zenos, who could also appear out of phase with the Prime Material Plane. What She lacked in physical strength, however, She made up for in magickal skill, and was responsible for the development of the arcane skills of Illusions and Dreamweaving. She also contributed to the construction of many architectural feats and wonders, including many Edifices of Power, by frequently visiting mortals in their dreams and inspiring them to carry out the plans of the Vernal Gods.

To imprison Kethuru and end the Vernal Wars, Vestera sacrificed Herself, giving birth to Avechna the Avenger, and became the Seal of Beauty.
