Ghani n'Rotri was a citizen of Magnagora in the days of Project Cosmic Hope, and belonged to a group known as the Master Prophets. She led members of the Cosmic Hope Committee, including Emperor Ladantine VII and Princess Marilynth to Shallamar to receive a prophecy from the Fates. Her interpretation of the prophecy was positive and was believed to support the Emperor's plans.
