The Fourth Circle of the Divine, carefree and attracted to aesthetic beauty, were known as the Artists of the Divine Pantheon. The Fourth Circle were the artists, the muses, and makers of songs who used the First World as their canvas, creating riverbeds and sunsets, playing with shape and form, light and shadow. They created music, which was carried upon the winds, and some of the Fourth Circle spent Their time changing the geography of Lusternia itself.
