Tooli Goldfeather

A minister of Hallifax during the Taint Wars, Tooli supported allowing non-Hallifaxians to experiment on the Matrix so that it might be the Nexus chosen for the Cosmic Hope Expedition.

After the disaster at the Stone of Truth, Goldfeather accompanied Chia Cloudwalker and some other volunteers on a flight to offer aid to Magnagora. The entire delegation was never heard from again.
