Telepathy is the psionic specialization that focuses on mental powers that impact the mind of others. Most famously, telepaths can create mental nets with each other, allowing superior communication. As an offensive ability, many mental impairments can be inflicted upon their opponents. While perhaps not as visually spectacular as its sister skill of telekinesis, it is more subtle and silent, making experienced telepaths a much feared foe.
